Planning and Layout
This is where the fun starts to begin. We offer a selection of affordable home plans. Either pick one from our store or have your own drawn. We will be there by your side. We have the resources and experience to help guide you in the right direction and help you layout out your home and homesite.
Budgeting and Permits
Using our extensive historical construction cost data will be an invaluable resource as you gather bids and budget for your project. Furthermore, let us assist you on the rigorous permitting process that all municipalities put in front of you. Our relationships and understanding will eliminate your headaches.
Construction Process and Inspections
You have seen our construction checklist. Now we will help you apply it. Through the years we have mastered the art and science of homebuilding. We know what trades to put where and when to schedule them. Additionally, we have the checklists to make sure they have completed the job properly. Not just meeting the minimums but ensuring a well built home is delivered.
After the home is completed we will do a final walk through with you and show you the ins and outs of the home you just built for yourself. We will leave you with a homeowner orientation packet and a final punchlist checklist to help you wrap up any loose ends or small issues that we think need to be addressed.
